Although Frank Fritz was a well-known television personality, things had gotten worse in his personal life. It was at this already trying period that he met Diann Bankson, the woman he would spend the next few years of his life with. Even though their romance ended, the memories they shared together will never fade.
Frank and Diann started dating casually when they first got together in 2014. A year later, they moved in together, but when Frank started to feel the effects of his divorce, things swiftly altered. After being engaged in 2017, they purchased a farmhouse in Iowa to call home.
His sadness was exacerbated by his struggles with alcoholism, unemployment, and other health difficulties. Even when their relationship ended, it had a lasting impact on him and Diann throughout these trying circumstances.
In November of that year, Bankson claimed to have found Fritz in bed with another lady, which changed the course of their relationship. Fritz decided to memorialize his treachery with a tattoo that read, “Once a cheater, always a cheater.”

On August 18, 2022, consent was given for a trusted friend to take control of his guardianship and conservatorship in case of an emergency. The bank was selected to manage his finances, and this acquaintance was designated as his guardian.
This included continuing maintenance fees and property taxes, as well as daily payments for his care facility and any necessary health insurance. Additionally, he needed to have access to transportation so that he could go to events and doctor’s appointments.
To be formally designated as his guardian, his buddy had to provide documentation detailing an initial care plan; they have been involved in the decision-making process ever since the stroke.
