Deformed her legs, teαrs flowed as everyone pushed her away for fear of scαbies.

We found Ayla near a house.

She was struggling just to move.

Her front legs were badly deformed, and her tiny body was covered in mange.

To ease the unbearable itching, she dragged herself across the concrete.

We followed her to see where she belonged.

There were three other dogs there.

The family told us they weren’t theirs — just strays they were trying to help with food and water.

They had kind hearts, but no means to provide medical care.

So we stepped in.

We took Ayla and the others with us and rushed them to the vet.

After thorough examinations, we learned Ayla was severely malnourished.

The deformities in her front legs were caused by calcium deficiency and long-term neglect.

There was even a stone in her stomach.

We feared s.u ŕgery.

But with treatment and laxatives, she passed the stone on her own.

That was the first small victory. Then the real healing began.

We created a rich, balanced meal plan to rebuild her fragile body and restore the calcium she desperately needed.

She was given a soft bed, a quiet room, and a peaceful space away from noise and chaos.

For the first time, she could rest without fear.

In those early days, she slept almost constantly.

Her body was exhausted.

But slowly, week by week, she began to change.

Strength returned.

The p.a ìn eased.

She was able to stand with growing confidence.

Her legs still needed support, so we placed a small cast on her weak foot
to help it heal correctly.

She didn’t like it at first. But she adapted.

And her legs grew stronger.

The day we removed the cast, we held our breath.

She stood. Steady. Brave. Free.

The itching faded. Her fur began to grow back.
Her eyes shone brighter.

Ayla was becoming herself again. Soon, we found her a temporary home.

She made new friends. She played. She discovered joy.

Not long after, the perfect forever home found her.

Her new father came to take her home.

It was a goodbye filled with love and gratitude.

Ayla meant so much to us.

Watching her leave was bittersweet — but it was everything we had hoped for.

Today, Ayla is living the life she always deserved.

She has a loving father who gives her care, safety, and happiness.

She spends her days surrounded by affection.

From crawling in p.a ìn to running toward love —

Ayla’s journey is proof that compassion changes everything.
