A dog was limping along the road, crying as it walked.
The tired old dog wanted to stop and rest, but then he turned around and kept walking, limping.
We found him collapsed among the dry leaves.
He was scared and wanted to run away. He became angry when she approached him.
He refused to let us take him away.
He would stop to rest after walking a short distance.
When he felt thirsty, he would go to the lake.
I left him food and water on the corner of the street. I went to call someone to help me take him away.
He was scared and ran straight towards the river.
Fortunately, a 9-year-old boy on a bicycle stopped him.
I felt my heart as if it were falling out of my c.h ℮st. Finally, we got him safely into the car.
The doctors immediately provided him with first aid.
He has many serious problems.
He has heartworms and enlarged kidneys, as well as urinary tract infections and skin infections.
He was also s.u ƒfering from dehydration and weakness.
He is old and has lost most of his teeth. He was abandoned when he grew old.
We stayed at the vet for two weeks.
He was then sent home to continue care and treatment.
The doctors prescribed medication for him.
What worries me is his sadness. He always finds a place to lie down by himself.
His recovery will take a long time. He was physically and mentally exhausted.
We give him a medicated bath every day.
This helps his skin improve significantly.
And with each passing day, he gets better.
He was able to stand and walk around the house. His joints are aging, and he needs nutritional supplements.
By that time, his skin had also improved significantly.
The scales on his back completely disappeared.
We named this old dog Apoelo.
We always take care of his nutrition, but his weight gain is very slow.
Age plays a major role in the recovery process, but fortunately, he has always been cooperative.
He is a smart and understanding old dog.
Thanks to that, his skin recovered very quickly.
