Meet Justice!
When we first saw Justice, our hearts sank.
Her face was so s.w σllen that she was almost unrecognizable.
It was difficult to understand how any dog could end up in such a condition.
Then we learned the truth.
A rope had been t.i ℮d tightly around her n.e ćk.
Not for a few hours.
Not for a single day.
It had remained there for so long that it c.u ŧ deep into her s.k ìn.
The pressure trapped fluid in her head and face.
Day after day, the swelling became worse.
Justice struggled to eat.
She struggled to sleep.
Eventually, she even struggled to breathe.
She was rushed to a veterinary hospital for emergency treatment.
Everyone feared she might not s.u ŕvive.
The first priority was removing the rope.
Then came antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medications, w.o ∪nd care, b.l σod tests, and constant monitoring.
The in.f ℮ction was severe.
The swelling was extensive.
But there was one encouraging sign.
Her airway had not been permanently damaged.
And despite everything she had endured, Justice was still eating on her own.
That small act of strength gave everyone hope.
As the days passed, the swelling slowly began to decrease.
The in.f ℮ction started responding to treatment.
Her condition stabilized.
Then something remarkable happened.
Justice began wagging her tail.
Not occasionally.
Constantly.
She greeted every veterinarian, nurse, and visitor with kindness.
Everyone who met her was amazed.
After everything people had done to her, she still trusted humans.
She still wanted affection.
She still chose love.
Week after week, Justice continued improving.
The w.o ∪nd around her neck slowly healed.
The trapped fluid disappeared.
Her energy started returning.
The frightened, exhausted dog gradually revealed her true personality.
She became playful.
Curious.
Confident.
Full of life.
Each day brought another small victory.
And each wag of her tail reminded everyone of her incredible resilience.
C.r ∪elty had nearly taken her l.i ƒe.
But it never took her spirit.
Justice still has healing ahead of her.
Recovery takes time.
But today she is safe.
She is protected.
She is surrounded by people who care for her and refuse to give up on her.
For the first time in a very long time, Justice no longer has to face the world alone.
Now her future is filled with hope, comfort, and the love she always deserved. ❤️
