Found this in my fried chicken. It was in the breαst.

I was just sitting down to eat, everything looked completely normal… until I c.u ŧ into the chicken br.e αst and saw this. A small, wrinkled, greyish piece tucked inside. The texture instantly threw me off — it looked disturbingly similar to a tiny b.r αin.

I just sat there staring at it for a good few minutes, turning it around, trying to convince myself it was nothing. But the more I looked, the worse it seemed. My mind went straight to the worst-case scenarios… contamination, something di.s ℮ased, or just something that absolutely shouldn’t be in food.

At that point, my appetite was pretty much gone, but curiosity got the better of me. I decided to look it up and figure out what it actually was.

And the answer was… unexpected, but way less s.c αry than I thought.

👉 It turns out it’s a chicken kidney.

Chickens have small kidneys that sit along their spine, and during processing, tiny pieces can sometimes be left behind and end up inside cuts like the b.r ℮ast. The wrinkled, almost “brain-like” appearance is actually completely normal for that type of or.g αn.

So technically, it’s not d.a חgerous or anything unusual biologically… just not something you ever expect to find in your meal.

Still, I won’t lie — after seeing that, I wasn’t in the mood to keep eating 😅
