So… we came home, sat down on the couch, and noticed THIS just sitting there 😳
At first glance it honestly looked like some kind of parasite or something that crawled out of nowhere. It had this weird segmented shape, almost like it was made of tiny connected pods. My first thought? “There’s NO WAY I’m touching that.” 😅
Of course, we have a cat… so naturally I started wondering if it came from her. Did she bring it in? Is it something alive? Has it been on the couch the whole time?!
I stared at it for a good hour trying to figure out what I was even looking at. The more I looked, the c.r ℮epier it felt.
But after a bit of digging online… the answer was way less t.e ŕrifying than I expected 👇
👉 It’s actually just a dried seed pod — most likely something that got stuck to our cat’s fur outside and fell off on the couch.
No parasites. No h.o ŕror story. Just nature being… weird 😄
Still gave me a mini heart at.t αck though.
