When I went into my girlfriend’s bathroom in the evening, I didn’t expect anything unusual. Everything looked normal… until I noticed something on the floor near the tiles.
At first glance, it looked like some kind of melted plastic or maybe even leftover product. But the closer I got, the stranger it became. It had this translucent, jelly-like texture, with dozens of tiny oval shapes all connected together, almost like a pattern.
I stood there for a long time just staring at it, trying to make sense of what I was seeing. My brain kept jumping from one idea to another — maybe something fell? Maybe it came from the drain? Or worse… something living?
When my girlfriend came in, I showed it to her. We both just looked at it in silence, completely confused and a bit uneasy. It definitely wasn’t something you expect to randomly find in a bathroom.
I even considered cleaning it up right away, but curiosity got the best of me. I needed to know what it was before touching it.
After doing a bit of research and asking around, I finally found the answer… it’s actually just melted and hardened hot glue.
