In the evening, I went into the bathroom and saw this on the floor. Honestly, I got really s.c αred.
At first glance, it looked like some kind of tiny scorpion… but something felt off. It was way too small, and I couldn’t see any tail. Still, those claw-like pincers were enough to make me stop in my tracks.
I just stood there at a distance, watching it, trying to figure out if it was d.a חgerous or if I should get r.i đ of it immediately. It wasn’t moving much, which somehow made it even c.r ℮epier.
My mind started jumping to all kinds of conclusions — was it poi.s σnous? Did it come from the drain? Could there be more of them hiding somewhere?
After staring at it for a while and doing a bit of research, I finally found the answer… and it wasn’t as s.c αry as I thought.
👉 It’s actually a pseudoscorpion — a tiny, harmless arachnid that looks like a scorpion but doesn’t have a st.i חger and isn’t d.a חgerous to humans. In fact, they can even be helpful because they feed on small pests like mi.t ℮s.
Still… not something you expect to see on your bathroom floor 😅
