I went to visit a friend I hadn’t seen in a long time. 😊 We spent the afternoon drinking coffee, laughing, and chatting about everything and nothing. Time flew by so quickly that I didn’t even notice I had spilled a little coffee on my clothes. 😅
So I excused myself and went to her bathroom to try to clean the stain. Everything seemed normal at first, until I looked at the toilet. That’s when I noticed something that immediately caught my attention.
The toilet seat had a strange opening at the front. I stood there for a few minutes staring at it, wondering if something was broken or if a piece was missing. The more I looked at it, the stranger it seemed. I had never seen a toilet designed that way before. 👀
When I went back to the living room, I asked my friend if she knew why the seat was like that. She burst out laughing when she saw how confused I was. 😂 Apparently, a lot of people ask the same question the first time they see one.
For the rest of the afternoon, I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I even showed a photo to my husband when I got home to see if he knew what it was. He had no idea either. 😄
After a little research, I finally found the answer: it’s a front-opening toilet seat, designed to improve hygiene and make cleaning easier.
