I went to the supermarket, bought some pork, and brought it home to cook. Once the m.e αt was fully cooked, I put it on a plate and took a bite.
To my surprise, I discovered this.
Honestly, I instantly lost my appetite. I placed them on a napkin and sat there staring at them for several minutes, trying to understand what I was looking at.
At first, I thought they were w.o ŕms or some kind of pa.r αsite. The shape was disturbing, and the more I looked at them, the more worried I became. I even considered throwing away the entire meal.
After comparing photos and doing a bit of research, I finally discovered what they really were.
👉 They were simply pork tendons.
Some cuts of pork contain long connective tissues that become firm and rubbery after cooking, making them look surprisingly similar to w.o ŕms.
In reality, there was nothing d.a חgerous about them. It was just a normal p.a ŕt of the m.e αt that I had never noticed before.
Still, I completely lost my appetite for the rest of the evening. 😅
