This morning, I was walking on the beach with my dog when we noticed something strange near the shore.
At first, I thought it was just some piece of sea life that had been washed up by the tide. But when we got closer, I realized I had never seen anything like it before.
My dog approached it cautiously and started sniffing around. He suddenly stopped, backed away, and ran straight back to me. That honestly made me even more nervous.
I didn’t want to get any closer either, so I stayed a few meters away and just watched it. The shape was bizarre, with a long b.o đy, a huge head, and what looked like an unusual mouth full of sharp teeth.
For a while, I tried to convince myself that it was just a strange piece of driftwood or the re.m αins of some sea creature. But the more I looked at it, the more it looked like an actual animal.
I took a few photos and started searching for similar creatures. After comparing several images, I finally found an answer.
👉 It turned out to be a d.e αd moray eel (Muraena) that had been washed ashore by the tide.
I definitely wasn’t expecting to encounter something like that during an ordinary morning walk with my dog. Needless to say, we kept our distance. 🐕🌊
