BREAKING: Update on Queen Camilla as she suddenly stops her royal duties

The number of royals in active service has drastically decreased with the resignation of Prince Andrew from the family and the resignation of Harry and Meghan. Unfortunately, after Kate Middleton had what was called a “planned” stomach surgery and King Charles was given a cancer diagnosis, causing both of them to take time off, that number tragically dropped even lower in the last several months.

While the King spends his time between Sandringham, the royal estate in Norfolk, England, and London, where he undergoes weekly treatments, Kate is scheduled to return to her official duties no sooner than Easter.

Their significant others and other royal family members filled in for the two royals while they either cleared their schedules or postponed certain royal activities.

Over the course of a few trying weeks, Queen Camilla had to shoulder a great deal of responsibility for the royal family. She led the Greek royal family at the memorial service for the late King Constantine, among other things, and the Palace announced that she would now be taking a week off.

On March 11, when she is supposed to lead the Royal Family in Westminster Abbey for the Commonwealth Day service, Camilla is anticipated to resume her regular responsibilities.

She would be spending time with her husband, the King, and the other members of the Firm during her week off.

After undergoing surgery to treat an enlarged prostate, King Charles was found to have a certain sort of cancer; however, the exact type and stage of the malignancy remain unknown.

In a recent statement, the King thanked everyone for their well wishes and took some time during his meeting with Prime Minister Rishi Sunak to express his gratitude to his people once more.

With regard to Kate, the Palace issued a statement saying, “We were very clear from the outset that the Princess of Wales was out until after Easter and Kensington Palace would only be providing updates when something was significant,” which put at ease anyone who wasn’t sure how serious her situation was.

“I’ve received so many lovely cards and letters. Most of the time, it’s brought me to tears,” King Charles said to Sunak.

“I’ve been a patron of many of those main, wonderful cancer charities for years, and I hear there’s been a lot more interest in them,” he joked.
